How much does hosted karaoke cost?
Mike Check Essentials is $250 for three hours or $300 for four hours. Signature Karaoke is $350 for three hours or $400 for four hours. SeenSing Battle Night is $400 for three hours or $450 for four hours.
What is included in a Mike Check karaoke package?
Every private-event package includes professional hosting, microphones, a DJ stand, party lighting, a lyric screen, phone song requests, and access to a 32,000+ MP4 karaoke catalog. Speaker and microphone counts vary by package.
How do guests request songs?
Guests use a private SeenSing event code to search the catalog, get LyricMatch Ai suggestions, submit their name and song from a phone, and view the active singer lineup when requests are open.
What travel charges apply?
Travel within 20 miles is included. Travel from 20–40 miles is $25, 40–60 miles is $50, and 60–150 miles is $150. Events beyond 150 miles require lodging plus a $100 travel fee.
What deposit and payment terms apply?
A 25% nonrefundable reservation retainer holds the date. The remaining balance is due seven calendar days before the event. Electronic payments include a 5% processing fee; cash payments have no processing fee.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Cancellations at least seven days before the event receive a refund less the nonrefundable retainer. Cancellations under seven days receive a 50% refund, while same-day cancellations are nonrefundable. One reschedule is free with at least seven days’ notice; later rescheduling adds 10% of the total price.
Can Mike Check support outdoor events or locations without power?
Yes. Outdoor events without a covering add $100. If usable power is unavailable within 100 feet, a generator can be provided for an additional $150.
Are discounts available?
Discounts may be available for fundraisers, nonprofits, churches, recurring venues, and weekday events. The 25% reservation retainer is calculated after the approved discount is applied.
